Redesign FS Toolbox — April 2007
In order to make the Technology Toolbox easier to use, navigate, and maintain it needs to be redesigned with the users and maintainability in mind. This will also bring the site inline with emerging FS web standards.
Integrate Confined Space Data in FME — May 2007
Eliminate the use of a stand alone database. With the data updated and maintained in FME will be able to display it on a dynamic Webpage, much like the Building Coordinators webpage. This will be a great service to our employees.

Create Technology Toolbox web pages with standing work request and labor rate information produced from FME. Administrative staff will use web page information to create time cards.
Brand and Standardize FS Web Identity — June 2007
Redesign all FS organizational web pages from division through departmental levels. Convert most program pages to the new standard and set course for a clear FS web identity.
Process Engineering Initiatives
Coordinate Seismic Bracing Initiative — October 2006
Work with OEM, EHS and M&A to encourage seismic bracing thru booths at BizTech & October Campus Safety Fair.
Hire and Orient M&A Technology Manager — November 2006
Add web developer / system administrator position to serve M&A 75% and backup FS 25%. Achieved in record time with immediate performance results.

To help support emergency response, a printed hard copy work order blank can be used until computers become available. This is critical to dispatch, business resumption and subsequent cost recovery.
