Campus Engineering & Operations (CEO)

Campus fire alarm testing procedures and paperwork need to be reviewed and streamlined to ensure continued regulatory fire code compliance, while minimizing staffing requirements.

Goal:
  • 100% on-schedule completion of testing and reporting
  • Elimination of overtime due to testing administrative functions
  • 20% reduction in testing time
