UW Tower Signage Process

Problem: 

Customers in the UW Tower who need signs made and installed experience problems with predictability and length of turnaround times, and with proofing and sizing errors. Pricing is sometimes confusing for customers and makes costs unpredictable.

Goal: 
  • Reduce turnaround times by 50%
  • Eliminate rework
  • Establish clear and consistent pricing
