The University of Washington: Facilities Services

Document File Transfer

The files found on this site are generally AutoCAD release 11 through Map 3D 2008 Computer Aided Design (CAD) files in *.dwg format or scanned TIFF images that have been specifically requested through our online database. The specifically requested files are placed on the Campus Engineering - Records document transfer site. Due to space limitations and security concerns, requested files that are placed on the document transfer site are removed from the site after two days.

Once at our document transfer site, most web browsers allow you to download selected binary files by "RIGHT clicking" on the file name and making the selection to save or save as from the menu presented. If that feature does not work from your browser please contact the Vault Librarian for assistance with document transfer.
