      • All referenced files must be bound into source document

  • Contract Redline Markup drawings (precursor to the final as-builds)
    • Submit full-sized readable copies of the contract drawings with all mark-ups of changes
      • on bond paper
    • Campus Engineering Records will review and scan these and return them to the Project Manager so that the architect, lead consultant or designer can draft and submit the final as-builds.
  • Architectural Floor Plans
    • Design Development Review Submittal
      • Submit an electronic (AutoCAD) copy of an architectural floor plan of one floor for University review and comment
    • Completion of Construction Documents
      • Submit a complete set of final architectural floor plans for all floors in electronic form (AutoCAD)
  • As-builds (final)
    • Acceptable standard size documents:  17"x22", 18"x24", 22"x34", 30"x42", or 36"x48"

    • Submit hard copy as-builds project drawings as black line on 4 mil double matte mylar (also know as digital mylar)
