Purpose
To clarify the roles, responsibilities, and accountability for Facilities Services and Environmental Health & Safety regarding utility shutdowns and confidence testing of health, fire, and life safety systems.
Practice
All personnel who may be involved in these activities should be familiar with the division of responsibilities described in the attached memorandum of joint responsibilities for University of Washington Confidence Testing and Utility shutdown Program.
