New procedure for New Hire Processing

In order to set up a new employee, we now MUST have their date of birth and sex.
A UW EID cannot be assigned until we have that information.

New I9, effective April 3, 2009

The new I9 must be used. Old forms will be returned and may delay hiring.

Part of Facilities Services Organization Resources and Relations, Payroll manages payroll and leave for the majority of Facilities Services and the Capital Projects Office.
