Historical data

RMO maintains a significant historical database containing thousands of surveys and hundreds of thousands of data points. Clients should request historical data prior to the start of work on projects. If there is insufficient data available, a survey will be required.

To request historical data send an email to rastegar@uw.edu and uwrmo@uw.edu that includes the project number, building name and room number as well as a descriptive scope of work and all the materials that might be impacted.

Email example:

To: rastegar@uw.edu; uwrmo@uw.edu

Subject: Project number, building name, room number

Email body: Requesting historical data for HSB BB 1035, drilling 4 holes in east wall to hang a whiteboard, the wall is painted drywall

If the button link below doesn’t function for your browser and/or email client setup, please review the instructions above and manually create an email.

Please note

  • Do not send historical data requests to the UWF Care Team or input them as AiM work orders.
  • If you’re using historical data in lieu of a survey, you need to create a “Hazardous Review Checklist” and get official sign-off from our office.
