Searching for a Request

1. Log in to FS‑WORKS by clicking the big, green LOGIN button

2. Click the Search tab

3. By default FS‑WORKS automatically searches for your requests but you can also search quickly by the following fields:

   • Requestor
   • Custom Reference
   • FS‑WORKS No.
   • Work Order No.
     
     
     
     

4. Optionally you can search by additional fields by clicking the Optional Search Information link

   • Contact Name
   • Description
   • Budget/PCA Codes
   • Building
   • Room
     
     
     
     

5. To view a specific request, simply click on it.
