Who This Is For

This list is primarily for use by Facilities Services Maintenance & Alterations as well as Campus Engineering & Operations.

Prior to Starting Work

Prior to starting work, the following information must be verified:

• Permit Required Confined Space (PRCS)
• Confined Space (CS)

Training Required

Any employee who enters a confined space during a work assignment must have the following:

• Confined Space Awareness Training.

Any employee who enters a Permit Required Confined Space (PRCS) must have the following:

• Hands On Confined Space Entry Class
• Completed a Confined Space Entry Permit on site.

CS/PRCS Not Listed?

If a suspected CS or PRCS area is NOT listed, please fill out a Confined Space Evaluation Form and submit to Campus Box #354285.
