Services Request

For AiM/FME invoice requests, please include the following information in the Comments field:

• Budget activity report (BAR) month and year, transaction date, or invoice month and year
• Nine-digit requisition number (prefixed with “TS”), eight-digit reference number (prefixed with “PP”), or six-digit AiM/FME work order number
