Crystal Reports (report development software)

With the FME upgrade to version 4.1 on July 14, 2007, the work request location moved to the phase. Reports including the work request location will need to be modified to accommodate this change. For reports already containing both the work request and phase tables, this can usually be accomplished by opening the report in Crystal Reports, going into Database - Verify Database, clicking OK when notified that tables have changed or asked to map fields, and changing any instances of {ae_p_pro_e.location} to {ae_p_phs_e.location_code}. Any affected reports containing hours or cost information or fields with totals need to be reviewed for accuracy following the adjustment. Contact the reporting committee for additional assistance.
