All custodial services may be requested outside or in addition to their regularly scheduled times or frequency for a charge. Advance notice is encouraged so building occupants and Custodial Services personnel can make the necessary preparations for the project.

Special cleaning projects.
Special assignments to clean kitchen appliances, clean furniture, do extensive clean-ups of spaces we normally do not clean, provide extra service during an event, etc. may be charged. Contact the Custodial Manager for your building (see the

Blind cleaning:
The blind-cleaning crew works Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm. Custodial Services can provide an ultrasonic blind cleaning and minor repair service. Blinds are removed, cleaned at our facility, and returned, usually within a day. Aged blinds or blinds from a southern exposure may degrade during the cleaning process. Custodial Services takes extra care with these blinds but assumes no liability for damage. Contact Tyrone Pinckney at
