Scholarship Saturday is a 4-hour workshop event hosted by the University of Washington Dream Project that assists high school seniors through both the scholarship and FAFSA completion processes. With the support of scholarship experts and trained writing tutors, high school students will be able to find scholarships that are a good fit for them and fill out and submit high quality applications. All high school students are invited to the UW Seattle campus, and snacks and drinks will be provided.
School buses will pick up high school students from the following Dream Project partner campuses: Renton, Kent Meridian, Auburn, Foster, Tyee, and Federal Way.
How can high school students participate?
High school students can RSVP here: TBA
Once on campus, students will be escorted to our workrooms where they will receive one-on-one application support. Students will also have the opportunity to attend relevant workshops and presentations about scholarships and financial aid.
To take full advantage of the events, come prepared with your questions about FAFSA and financial aid as well as our list of what to bring.
