Printable Version

The Disability Equality Index (DEI) is a tool that is intended to help companies identify opportunities for improving their disability inclusion policies and practices.

The survey contains four main categories; Culture and Leadership, Enterprise-Wide Access, Employment Practices, and Community Engagement and Support Services. The score range for the DEI survey is zero (0) to 100, with 100 being the highest score.

The DEI is a joint initiative of the US Business Leadership Network (USBLN) and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD).
