The World Wide Web provides a great source for locating summer camps in your corner of the world. Using a search engine, you can search for items like "summer camp for kids with disabilities" or "accessible summer camps" and be provided with myriad options.
There are also organizations on the web that list camps that are accessible to people with disabilities. One such organization is the National Center on Physical Activity and Disability (NCPAD), which provides camp resources, such as published guides and online search engines, to assist individuals in finding camps that fit their interests, needs, and goals. In addition, NCPAD has partnered with the National Center on Accessibility (NCA) to offer resources such as the publication Discover Camp: Considerations for Sending Your Child with a Disability to Camp for the First Time.
