  • Knee Walker Scholarship Program
    Application due: July 31, 2014
    Description: This $250 award is intended for students who have had injuries or who have disabilities.
    Eligibility: Full-time and incoming college students are eligible.

  • Undergraduate Scholarship Program: Central Intelligence Agency
    Application due: October 15, 2014
    Description: Qualifying students will be able to work for the CIA and live in Washington, DC during summer breaks.
    Eligibility: Incoming undergraduate students are eligible.
  • NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing
    Application due: October 31, 2014
    Description: This award is intended for young women who demonstrate leadership and promise in computing fields.
    Eligibility: High-school young women who are interested in pursuing computing fields are eligible.

Scholarship Applications Due February 2015

  • Joseph C. Metcalfe Memorial Scholarship
    Application due: February 01, 2015
    Description: This need-based award is intended for Gonzaga University students who have physical disabilities.
    Eligibility: Gonzaga University students are eligible.

Scholarship Applications Due March 2015

  • The TPA Scholarship Trust for the Hearing Impaired
    Application due: March 01, 2015
    Description: The TPA Scholarship is need-based and is intended for children and adults with hearing impairments.
    Eligibility: Any age group and student status is eligible.
  • George & Dorothy Mulinski Scholarship
    Application due: March 01, 2015
    Description: This award is for students at CWU with a documented physical disability.
    Eligibility: Central Washington University students are eligible.
  • CCLVI Scholarship: Fred Scheigert
    Application due: March 01, 2015
    Description: Three students with visual impairments will be awarded a $3,000 scholarship.
    Eligibility: Any full-time college student is eligible.

Scholarship Applications Due April 2015

  • Little People of America (LPA) Scholarship
    Application due: April 22, 2015
    Description: Three awards ranging from $250 to $1,000 will be given to two undergraduate and one graduate student who are members of LPA.
    Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.

    Description: NOAA will award 640 hours of paid employment.
    Eligibility: Graduate students studying atmospheric or oceanic science are eligible.

    Description: One $1,500 scholarship will be given to a student with a learning disability interested in pursuing a post-secondary education

    Description: This $2,500 scholarship is intended for students who use manual wheelchairs, powerchairs, or mobility scooters.
    Eligibility: Current 2 year and 4 year college students are eligible.

    Description: This $1,000 - $10,000 award is intended for exceptional volunteers who plan on going to college.
    Eligibility: Students who are between the ages of 6 and 18 and who have not graduated high school are eligible.
  • American Association on Health and Disability Scholarship Program

    Description: This is a $1,000 award.
    Eligibility: Undergraduate and Graduate students with disabilities studying public health, disability studies, or health promotion are eligible.

    Description: This award offers financial assistance for a wide range of educational opportunities in which students work to attain a certificate or degree.
    Eligibility: Students diagnosed with bipolar, schizophrenia, schizophreniform or schizoaffective disorder are eligible.
  • Student Award Program of FSD

    Description: Awards of $1,000 each will be given to qualifying students.
    Eligibility: Graduate students studying science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are eligible.
  • BMO Capital Markets Lime Connect Scholarship

    Description: This is a $10,000 award. can benefit students with disabilities who are pursuing a degree in business.
    Eligibility: Second year undergraduate or graduate students with disabilities pursuing a degree in business are eligible.
  • Donald W. Banner Diversity Scholarship

    Description: This $5,000 scholarship is for eligible law students with disabilities.
    Eligibility: Full-time law students with disabilities are eligible.
  • Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship Program

    Description: Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarships are large, 12-month stipends for funding education and research.
    Eligibility: Students pursuing either a masters or doctorate degree in oceanography, marine biology, or maritime archaeology are eligible.

    Description: This award is up to $2,500.
    Eligibility: Masters or doctorate students with disabilities interested in library school are eligible.
  • Anne Ford Scholarship

    Description: This $10,000 award is intended for two students with learning disabilities.

  • Robert and Rosemary Low Memorial Scholarship

    Description: This award is intended for PSU students with physical disabilities.
    Eligibility: Portland State University graduate students are eligible.
  • Silver Cross Ability Achievement Scholarship

    Description: One applicant each from the United States and Canada will be selected, who uses a manual or power wheelchair, or a mobility scooter.

    Description: This $500 award will be given to qualifying students with any type of disability.
    Eligibility: Students with disabilities at a post-secondary institution are eligible.
  • WSGC Scholarships for Community College Transfers to the University of Washington
    Check back: December 31, 2014
    Description: Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics students may receive between $1,000 and $5,000 from the Washington NASA Space Grant Consortium.
    Eligibility: Community college students who have transferred to the University of Washington are eligible.
  • P. Buckley Moss Endowed Scholarship

    Description: $1,500 scholarships will be given to qualifying students with learning disabilities and who have artistic talent.
    Eligibility: Incoming undergraduate students are eligible.
  • Youth Transition Fellowship
    Check back: December 31, 2014
    Description: The HSC Foundation and the American Association of People with Disabilities is now accepting applications for a paid twelve-month fellowship position with the organizations’ disability youth transition and collaboration work. This fellowship is ideal for a person with a disability who has an interest in youth career transitions and employment solutions.
    Eligibility: Anyone who self-identifies as an individual with any type of disability is eligible.

  • AIA/AAF Minority/Disadvantaged Scholarship
    Check back: January 01, 2015
    Description: The AIA/AAF Minority Disadvantaged Scholarship provides financial assistance between $3,000 and $4,000. to minority and/or financially disadvantaged students who intend to pursue a professional degree in architecture.
    Eligibility: Undergraduate college students who are minorities studying in an NAAB Accredited Architecture program are eligible.
  • disABLEDperson Inc. Fall National Scholarship Competition

    Description: The disABLEDperson Inc. National Scholarship awards $750.
    Eligibility: Full-time undergraduate and graduate students with disabilities are eligible.
  • American Council of the Blind Scholarship

    Description: Twenty scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 will be awarded to students who are legally blind.
    Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.
  • Minnie Pearl Scholarship Program

    Description: This $2,500, renewable award is intended for students with hearing impairments.
    Eligibility: Full-time undergraduate students are eligible.
  • The Marion Huber Learning Through Listening Awards

    Description: Three $6,000 awards and three $2,000 awards will be given to qualifying learning-disabled students.

  • AG Bell Financial Aid and Scholarship Program

  • National Federation of the Blind Scholarship Program

    Description: Thirty awards ranging from $3,000 to $12,000 will be given to qualifying students who are legally blind in both eyes.

  • Salvatore E. Quinci Foundation Scholarship

    Description: Two awards of $2,000 will be given to students diagnosed with hemophilia or another bleeding disorder.

    Description: This scholarship can give up to $10,000 to qualifying students with rheumatoid arthritis.

  • Organization for Autism Research: Schwallie Family Scholarship Program
