Some postsecondary institutions that promote the development and use of accessible websites on their campuses have institutionalized professional development for their faculty and staff. Reviewing what others have done can help campuses replicate successful practices.

For eight case studies of postsecondary schools that have developed training programs for web accessibility, consult the article Case Studies in Training and Professional Development for Web Accessibility [1]. School programs described in this publication include those at Arizona State University [2], George Mason University [3], Ohio State University [4], Penn State University [5], University of Arkansas at Little Rock [6], University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill [7], University of Texas at Austin [8], and University of Wisconsin – Madison [9].
