AccessSTEM Application Forms

• DO-IT Affiliate Application - Affiliates are teachers, professors, employers, counselors, and community agency staff who are interested in joining this effort and contributing to the goals of the DO-IT Center.
• DO-IT Mentor Application - Career professionals including faculty members in STEM fields are needed to mentor AccessSTEM students.
• AccessSTEM Team Application - High school and college students pursuing STEM fields can apply to be part of the AccessSTEM team and participate in special events, mentoring, and internships.
• ENTRY POINT! - a partner of AccessSTEM that provides an internship program for college students with physical, sensory, and/or learning disabilities.
