The following Ambassadors began participating in DO-IT in 1995. They continue to pursue college and career goals and encourage younger Scholars and Ambassadors.

Blind
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a minor in Scientific and Technical Communications. Pursuing a career in assistive technology.

Learning disability
Helps build steel and Toyota pick-ups.

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and learning disability
Works in a technical support position at Diamond Multimedia.

Andrew, '95 Scholar
Muscular Dystrophy
Died of complications from pneumonia in 1996. Had a strong desire to go to college and open his own computer drafting business.

Plans to attend community college.

Earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Master's degree in Audiology. Now completing Au.D. degree and doing an internship in a pediatric audiology clinic.
