DESCRIPTION

The Postpone command allows you to work on something else and return to complete a message later.

PROCEDURE

  1. From within PINE, type "c" to compose a message. Begin typing the message.

  2. To postpone the message, press <CTRL> and "o" simultaneously. Now you are free to perform other PINE operations or to exit PINE.

  3. To return to your message, type "c" for compose. You will be presented with this message:
Continue postponed composition (answering "No" won't erase it)? (y/n) [y]:

  4. Type "y" to continue working on the message that you postponed. If you type "n" at this point, you will not return to the postponed message, but the option to return to it will appear next time you type "c".
