Study Information Sheet

We are inviting you to participate in a University of Washington research study. The purpose of the research is to evaluate The Faculty Room. You can help us by completing an anonymous survey. The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. Risk to you is minimal as your responses will be anonymous. Results of the study will grouped and summarized and used to improve The Faculty Room. Results may also appear in reports, articles, and other publications. Individual quotes may be preserved in data summaries; however, your identity will not be known. The anticipated benefit of this research is an improved information resource for postsecondary faculty and administrators who instruct students with disabilities.

The survey requires a browser that supports SSL encryption. You can request an alternative format at doit@u.washington.edu.
