Film action and cinematography can be made accessible to people who are blind.

Descriptive Video Service (DVS) is one of several services that make television programs, films, movies on video, and other visual media accessible to people who are blind and visually impaired. Audio description, as it is called, provides narrated descriptions of key visual elements such as actions, settings, body language, and graphics.
