Submitting events to be included in the UW Diversity Calendar:
If you would like to have us include your upcoming event in the UW Diversity Calendar, please complete the form below. We must receive your information before the tenth (10th) day of the month prior to the event (for example, an event in March 2007 should be submitted by February 10, 2007). For the event to be successfully submitted to the calendar, contact information (Name and Email) MUST be provided and for it to be posted all fields MUST be completed.
The announcement should be submitted exactly as it is to appear in the Diversity Calendar. Remember, in most cases the editor of the Calendar doesn't know anything about the event so it is difficult to supplement an announcement that does not have all the necessary information. Also, please avoid acronyms and abbreviations unless they are necessary for a specific reason.
Below is an example submittal for an event.
