Standard forms

F&A has developed the following standard forms and guidelines for use by unit administrators in their day-to-day work. Instructions in the use of each form are included.

Finance and Administration manages the resources of the Provost's Unit; oversees its central administrative services; provides fiscal and administration support; advises on business, financial, research support, human resources, and University policy issues; and serves as liaison with institutional partners.
