How to log out
When you are finished browsing personalized UW Web
sites such as MyUW and WebPine, always remember to log out of these sites
and the UW NetID "weblogin" service before leaving your computer.
To do so, completely exit your Web browser.
This is the best way to prevent others from accessing your personal information
and visiting Web sites using your UW NetID as if they were you.

If you cannot exit your Web browser, use
these two steps to log out:
|
|
1. If
you did not log out of each personalized UW Web site you visited
this session (e.g. MyUW, WebPine), revisit each site and make sure
you are logged out.
|
2. To
log out of the "weblogin" service itself, and thereby
end your "single sign-in" period, click this button:

|
Note:
These instructions apply only if you cannot exit your Web browser.
If you can exit your Web browser, but it does not always log you
out, check the known logout problems
for a solution. Some applications (e.g. Morpheus, Kazaa, Gator,
etc.) can prevent you from logging out.
