Getting Started With Web Publishing at the UW
What kind of information do you want to present on the Web? Your answer to this question determines which UW Web server you should use. If you have a variety of needs, it is okay to use multiple Web servers. For example, a faculty member may want to put individual information on the faculty server and a course home page on the courses server.

The following table summarizes the Web servers maintained by UW Technology for use by the UW community. Inquire within your department about other Web servers that may be available to you.
