FAQs

Is my subscription for one course or all the courses?

Your subscription makes all courses available to you from your enrollment date through December 31, 2009

Is it possible to "share" access among multiple users?

Currently, we do not offer a shared account for group/departmental use.

Our vision for the online training is for personalization, and individuals interested in viewing the training as ongoing development and learning. An individual can set learning goals, a course development path, and personalize their account to better sustain their learning needs and interests.

My work area can be distracting when I'm taking a course, do you have any recommendations?

Feel free to call our office at 206-685-2763 or e-mail training@u.washington.edu to schedule our training room for individual or group use.

Who do I contact with questions I might have?

For technical inquiries, please contact ElementK Technical Support at 1-800-250-5013 (7 AM - 8 PM, Monday through Friday EST)

You may also chat live 24/7 with an ElementK Support Rep at http://elementk.com/htm/studentsupport.asp
