Course Description
The purpose of this class is to learn the basics of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to control the presentation and layout of Web pages.
What You Will Learn
Major topics covered in this class include the following:
- Preparing XHTML that works well with CSS.
- CSS selectors, properties, classes, and ids.
- The Box and Visual formatting models.
- Controlling layout with CSS positioning.
- Browser behaviors and how to deal with them.
Instructor
Prerequisites
Experience in creating XHTML Web pages. Taking Computer Training courses R505 and R510, or equivalent experience, is very desirable.
