Report a security incident
If you have noticed suspicious computing activity, please contact your local computer support person to ensure that the problem is not hardware, software, or network related. If the problem still seems to be security related, please report the security incident through this form. Your report will be emailed to the appropriate security group at the University of Washington.
For issues of child pornography, fraud, or physical harm, contact the UW Police Department or local law enforcement. For questions or comments, please use the Ask a security question form instead.
