Title: How do I use hierarchical folders in Pine 4?

Question:
I understand that you can use hierarchical folders in Pine but how is this
actually done?

Answer:
Pine supports hierarchical folders, that is, folders within folders. Lets
say that you teach a number of classes, such as EE301, EE322, and EE402,
and suppose you have email associated with each of these classes that
you would like to group into different categories, such as:

    o Exams
    o Administration
    o Student correspondence
    o Research information

so you would like your folders to look like this:

     ...
     EE301
        Exams
        Administration
        Student_correspondence
        Research_information
     EE322
        Exams
        Administration
        Student_correspondence
        Research_information
     EE402
        Exams
        Administration
        Student_correspondence
        Research_information
     ...

You can do this as follows:

In the "local folders in mail/" menu, on one line:

(a) Type "A" (Add)
    then type EE301
    then press ^X (Create Directory)
    then press or
This creates a directory named EE310/. You do the same for
    directories EE322 and EE402

(b) Then move to that directory (EE301/) and, on one line:
    Type "A" (Add)
    then type Exams
    then press
This creates the folder "Exams" in the directory EE301

(c) To add the other 3 folders to EE301/ you do the same:
    Type "A"
    then type Administration
    then press
and so on, for "Student_correspondence" and "Research_Information"

(d) Then press "<" to get back to the main "Local folders in mail/"
    directory in Pine

To save messages in these sub folders, you simply press "S" followed
by the "directory/folder" name followed by . For example,
to place a messages into "Exams" inside "EE322/" you type:

"S" followed by "EE322/Exams" followed by
