Title: How do I display the hidden 'headers' of an email message in Pine?

Question:
I would like to display all the header lines of an email message I'm
viewing in Pine. How do I configure Pine so these headers are displayed?

Answer:
In order to display full headers in Pine, you must first configure Pine so
that this option is enabled. To do so, follow these directions:

1. Press "M" to begin at the Pine Main Menu.

2. Press "S" for Setup.

3. Press "C" for Config.

4. Find the Advanced Command Preference feature (use ^W to search for it)
that allows you to turn on full headers:

        [ ] enable-full-header-cmd

5. Use the "X" Set/Unset function to enable this feature. You should
   then see:

        [X] enable-full-header-cmd

6. Press "E" for Exit Setup and commit the changes by replying "Y"es to
   the prompt.

Now that the full headers option has been enabled, you can toggle the
display of full headers on and off by pressing "H" while viewing an email
message.

While full headers are displayed, they will be included when you use
Pine's Export, Print, Forward or Reply functions. This allows you to
forward a complete message to others when they need to examine the header
lines.
