UW Technology oversees a broad range of campus-wide computing and telecommunications services. Begin with these general contact points. You, or your question, will be quickly routed to the person within UW Technology best able to help you.

Visit or call the UW Technology Service Center
You can drop by the UW Technology office, located in C-3000 UW Tower, or call them at 206.221.5000, during these hours:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • The Service Center is closed on University holidays and may have limited hours on December 24th and the day before Thanksgiving.
Service Center staff can get help with computing questions including:
  • Creating or using your UW NetID
  • Resetting a forgotten UW NetID password
  • Administrative applications
