Course Cancellation and Changes
Cancelling Your Registration
Please contact UW Computer
Training if you need to cancel or change your registration.
- In
order to receive a refund of the course fees, you must cancel your
registration at least five business days prior to the beginning
of the course, or within 48 hours of being notified of a change from
waitlisted to confirmed status, when applicable.
- No refunds for
cancellations within five business days of the beginning of the course,
except in the case of a late move from waitlisted to confirmed status
within that five-day period, followed by your prompt cancellation
within 48 hours of being notified.
Switching to a Different Section of a Course
If you would like to change your registration to another course section,
please contact our office at
least five business days prior to the beginning of the course.
Sending a Substitute to a Course
If you are unable to attend your course, you may send a substitute
in your place. Please contact our office if
you plan to send a substitute to your course.
Illness or Emergency
In case of personal illness or an emergency which prevents you from
attending your course as scheduled, please contact our office immediately.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a course for which you have paid a course
fee, a refund can be issued for the course fee only if the request
for refund is received five business days prior to the beginning
of the course. No refunds will be made after that time. Substitute
participants are permitted with no additional fee at any time prior
to the first day of the course.
Note: We will not issue refunds for reasons relating to your not
having received the course confirmation.
