SOV parking permit holders can take advantage of a complimentary U-PASS
When you renewed your UW parking permit recently, you had the opportunity to request a complementary U-PASS. You can still do that. Take your Husky Card to Parking Services and say YES! to a U-PASS.
Say YES! so you can take advantage of the added flexibility the U-PASS offers. Everybody needs to drive sometimes, but with your U-PASS you can choose to mix-it-up--you can try something new, work in exercise, and share companionship on your way to campus.
- Meet a friend at a park and ride and talk on the bus while someone else does the driving.
- Take a bus to your favorite coffee shop, get your drink to go, and walk the rest of the way in to campus.
- Organize a group of friends to ride in together, take turns driving and park as an impromptu carpool or take the bus.
- Put your bike on the bus in the morning and pedal home at your own pace at the end of the day.
