Transportation and Parking Fee Changes
New rates effective on July 1, 2006
In 2004, the University Board of Regents implemented a plan for phased increases in parking and U-PASS fees from 2004 to 2006. New parking rates will go into effect on July 1, 2006.
The new prices will be as follows:
- U-PASS- $61.80 per quarter for staff and faculty
- SOV parking permits- $254.76 per quarter
- Individual commuter tickets (ICTs)- $3.06 with a U-PASS and $5.20 without a U-PASS
- Carpool parking permits-$18 per month
- Impromtu carpools- $.70 per vehicle per day in E-1 and $.90 per vehicle per day on upper campus. Carpools require participants to have current U-PASSes and money in a Husky CardTM account.
