Flexible Work Arrangement Session for Managers and Supervisors

Job flexibility is a critical resource for meeting the University's staff needs. Flexible work arrangements are alternatives to the traditional "9 to 5" workday, the standard work week, or the traditional workplace.

For managers, flexible work arrangements can be valuable tools for meeting business needs, promoting work group productivity and enhancing job satisfaction of valuable employees. Find out more during a special lunch time event designed specifically for managers and supervisors by UW Work/Life and the Transportation Office. A panel discussion will be followed by questions and answers to round out the event. Specifics about leave administration will be covered at a different session.
