If you do not wish to retain the U-PASS and do not wish to be charged:

Students in self-sustaining programs, only if the program has chosen to pay the student and activities fee to give their students access to the U-PASS (e.g.., MEDEX, and Global EMBA program). |

Seattle campus evening degree students |
|
English as a Second Language (ESL) students, in credit or non-credit courses, on the main campus or downtown |
The U-PASS cannot be returned, if you choose to purchase it and have affixed it to your Husky Card. |
UW Extension students in credit courses, on the main campus |

ACCESS students |
The U-PASS cannot be returned, if you choose to purchase it and have affixed it to your Husky Card. |
Cost of the student U-PASS is $44.
Withdrawal fee: Students who withdraw within the first seven calendar days of the quarter will owe a $100 U-PASS fee, unless the U-PASS is returned to the University by the tuition due date
If you withdraw after the seventh calendar day and pay one-half of your tuition, you may retain the U-PASS for $44 or return it no later than the tuition due date to have the $44 fee waived. There are no U-PASS refunds after the tuition payment deadline and no replacements of lost U-PASS stickers if you have withdrawn.
