(1) The ACO figures for vehicles by campus area are based on the survey conducted October 16, 1999.
(2) The average car occupancy (ACO) by campus area is applied to number of vehicles parked for each game to determine the total number people who arrive by car.
(3) The number of anchored, moored and chater boats and the number of pasengers for each are reported weekly by ICA.
(4) The passenger counts are provided by Metro Transit.
(5) Husky Special counts are reported weekly by Metro supervisors in the field.
(6) Regular Metro transit service ridership is estimated based on field observations and discussions with Metro staff. Ridership is estimated at 2% of game attendance.
(7) The number of charter buses and passengers are counted weekly by Parking Services.
(8) The people who are not counted are assumed to have walked, bicycled, used a motorcycle or moped, parked in the U-District/neighborhoods, or to have been dropped-off.
