President's Club Tickets

President's Club members, generous supporters of the University of Washington, are allowed to purchase special parking tickets that identify them as valued donors to the University. President's Club parking tickets enable users to bypass the campus gatehouses and to park almost anywhere on campus on a space-available basis.

Important Features of President's Club parking tickets

• A President's Club donor is the only authorized user of President's Club parking tickets.
• Each ticket may be used only once.
• Tickets are not transferrable. They may not be used by faculty, staff or students for regular parking on campus.
• A ticket may be used to park for as many hours in one day as desired.
• The special "U" designator on President's Club parking tickets allows parking for the posted time everywhere except:

  1. All disability lots, including N22 (HUB), and wheelchair/disability spaces *

  2. Reserved parking spaces or areas

  3. Parking meters

  4. Specially designated spaces such as University Vehicle, Physical Plant, Service Vehicle, and Truck Only spaces and spaces marked "Restricted All Times All Days."

• President's Club parking tickets are NOT VALID for parking at HOME FOOTBALL GAMES or other ATHLETIC EVENTS.

* Holders of President's Club Wheelchair (WC) Disability Tickets may park in any wheelchair or disability space. Holders of President's Club Disability (D) Tickets may park in disability areas but not in a wheelchair space. President's Club donors who are temporarily disabled, should stop at a campus gatehouse and request assignment to a disability parking area or space.

Ordering President's Club Tickets

A President's Club parking ticket order form, a postage-paid return envelope and a letter explaining the program are enclosed in the annual mailing to President's Club donors. When placing an order for these exclusive parking tickets, mobility-impaired President's Club donors should indicate on their order form whether they use a wheelchair or are otherwise mobility impaired. A President's Club member who has any questions should call (206) 221-3701 to speak with a Sales and Administration Office staff person.

How to Use President's Club Parking Tickets

• Go directly to the parking area of your choice. If you are uncertain which lot is most convenient to your campus destination, please stop at a gatehouse for directions.
• Write the date and the day of the week on the permit IN INK.
• Tear out the ticket and display it face up on your dash.
• Secure your vehicle before leaving the parking area. The UW is not responsible for loss of or damage to your vehicle or its contents.

Please note that failure to follow these steps could result in a President's Club donor receiving a parking citation.

Infrequent visitors to campus

President's Club donors who visit campus infrequently may purchase an individual "U" designator parking permit at the campus gatehouse for the current daily fee by showing their President's Club card. Those who park on campus for less than four hours will receive a partial refund.
