Child Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Parking Options
Some camps located on the UW Seattle campus offer printable child drop-off/pick-up permits which can be found below. Locate your specific camp and print that permit. Display it on your dashboard so that it can be read from outside the vehicle. This allows you 45 minutes to pick-up or drop-off your child at specific locations convenient to your camp. If you need to park, the following options are available to you. If you need disability/wheelchair accommodations, please contact us at 206-616-8710 or stop at a gatehouse and pay for a disabilty/wheelchair permit.
These drop-off and parking options are always available to all camp attendees:
- Free, 30-minute child drop-off permits from any gatehouse valid in assigned lot(s) only. Gatehouses are located at each entrance to campus:
On the west side of Husky Stadium next to Montlake (gate 8);
On 17th Ave NE south of NE 45th Street (gate 2);
On Pend Orielle Road below McMahon Hall (gate 3);
On NE 40th St west of 15th Ave NE (gate 5).
- Lot E-1 on Montlake north of IMA and tennis courts ($7 flat rate, cash only, no refunds);
- Public parking in front of IMA/Graves buildings on Montlake (pay stations with 2-hour limit, $3/hr cash or credit card);
- Lot E17 lot just south of Hec Edmundson Pavilion (2-hour limit, $3/hr cash or credit card).
Also, please review your registration and online information to make sure that you are not using outdated instructions.
