What has changed?

A NEW traffic pattern for accessing the $5 (E1) lot has been implemented to better serve fans attending Husky basketball games. Additional staff has been added to more efficiently process cars. Those wishing to park in the less-expensive ($5) E1 lot must use one of the two north entrances to the E1 lot. One of the north entrances is at Walla Walla Road and the other can be accessed from Mary Gates Memorial Drive.

How much does parking cost?

There are two different parking fees in effect. Economical parking that gets you quickly into the parking lot and to the game is located north of the Bank of America Arena/Hec Edmundson Pavilion in E1 for $5. Parking is also available south of Husky Stadium in E12 for $11. Please have your money ready when you enter the parking area of your choice.

Directions to E1 from the east via State Route 520

Coming from the east use State Route 520. Take the Montlake Boulevard exit. Continue north on Montlake Blvd. crossing the drawbridge and then travel past the Bank of America Arena and the Intramural Activities Center. Stay in the right-hand lane and continue north. When the road makes a "Y," bear right staying on Montlake Blvd. Take the next right onto Walla Walla Road. Straight ahead you will see a multi-lane northern entrance to the E1 lot. Parking Services staff will collect the parking fee when you enter and direct you to a parking space.

TIP: To avoid traffic congestion use either the Walla Walla Rd. entrance to E1 or the entrance accessed from Mary Gates Memorial Drive.

Directions to E12 from the east via State Route 520

From State Route 520, take the Montlake Boulevard exit. Continue north on Montlake Blvd. crossing the drawbridge; stay in the right-hand lane. To access the E12 parking lot close to Husky Stadium, turn right at the NE Pacific St. intersection to enter lots south of the stadium. Parking Services staff will collect the special event parking fee and direct you to a parking space.

TIP: Expect heavy traffic congestion from 4-6 p.m. When possible, use an alternate route.

Directions to E11 for Disability parking

Disability parking is available in both the E11 and E12 lots. From State Route 520, take the Montlake Boulevard exit. Continue north on Montlake Blvd. crossing the drawbridge; stay in the right-hand lane. At the traffic light in front of Husky stadium turn right. Then turn right again to reach Gate #8. Parking Services staff will collect the special event parking fee and direct you to a parking space.

TIP: Give yourself plenty of time to get to the game. Expect heavy traffic congestion from 4-6pm.
