UW achieves top score on Green Honor Roll

For the fifth year in a row, the University of Washington has received the highest possible score in the Princeton Review’s Green Honor Roll, a nationwide ranking of environmentally-related practices, policies and academic offerings among institutes of higher education.

Local radio station KEXP 90.3FM, a service of the University of Washington, has teamed up with Seattle Center to present Concerts at the Mural, a series of eclectic and culturally diverse outdoor concerts for all ages. Don’t miss the final two scheduled for August 16 & August 23. Free.

New exhibit at Jacob Lawrence Gallery

Parallel Processing, curated works that “simultaneously inhabit the turf of art and other spheres of the cultural landscape” is on display until August 23 at the Jacob Lawrence Gallery, located on the first floor of the School of Art building. Gallery hours are normally Wed-Sat, 12-4pm, and entrance is FREE.
