Free meditation sessions at the Henry

Would you like to reduce stress, improve attention, boost your immune system, and promote a general sense of  well-being? The Henry Art Gallery offers free “drop-in” mindfulness-meditation sessions on the second Thursday of each month, from 12:30 – 1:00 pm. Please check in early at the Henry front desk for location information.
