Special Language Instruction

This is a project to help (ultimately) the visually impaired.
Will begin with simple verb dictionary and a few simple
lessons.  Hopefully, this will include sound as well as
visuals.  Hopefully, the student will be able to use keyboard
and hear auditory feedback.
