Scared Straight: Threats and Violence Against Queer
People
My final for the first quarter of the video series is a piece of video portraiture and documentary-style interview. The visual aesthetic is the identification of public spaces as vulnerable spaces. Audial aesthetic plans to be a barrage of accounts of how expressing queerness exposes queer-identified people to threats and violence.
