Intermission
Intermission is a short film exploring ideas of memory and its selectiveness following an emotional event. It will not heavily rely on the dialogue to convey the story but rather the characters actions and the cinematography. The aura of scenes will be expressed visually through the angle and movement of the shots as well as the editing and pacing. The film will apply and redefine certain characteristics of the film noir genre to further the psychological component present in the theme of memory.
