The Tempest

The UW Drama will present Shakespeares The Tempest, running
from Oct. 30 through Nov. 15, for which I will be composing the music
and the sound design with the assistance of John Teske (BM in music
compostion, UW School of Music). The music is composed for performers
(instrumentists and actors) and live electronics, as well as tape. The
sound design is created from live and pre-recorded sounds. Music and
sounds will be spacialized in the Jones Playhouse via 2 arrays of
speakers (4 and 3).
