Muhammad: A Very Short Introduction

I am writing an introduction book for Oxford University Press
entitled Muhammad: A Very Short Introduction.  I need to create a map
of the city of Medina at the time of Muhammads life.  I have all the
data for the map as well as some old Arabic maps that I hope to draw
on.  I need, however, assistance in creating this image.
