Haida Elder Interviews

Dr. Robin Wright, Curator of Native American Art at the Burke
Museum, is conducting research in the  Haida village of Skidigate on
the Queen Charlotte Islands in British Columbia, Canada, for a major
NEH supported exhibition featuring a set of unique native carved house
models that appeared in the 1893 Chicago Worlds Fair. The wireless
microphone kit is requested to help with interviews of elders with
direct ties to the historic Haida responsible for the models and the
Skidigate community.
